Meetings & Deadlines Schedule

 Applications and required supporting materials must be submitted along with the application fee  prior to each meeting's deadline in order to be included on the agenda for that meeting. (See Note)

All meetings are held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room on the first floor of the Wilson County Government Center at 2201 Miller Rd South unless otherwise noted.

NOTE:

Applications for items to be heard by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment must be complete and in good order for the item to be placed on the agenda. Application fees must be paid and any revisions to applications and their required attachments must be made before the deadline for submittal or the item will not be placed on the agenda. When submitting plats/site plans/rezoning maps to the Planning Division as part of an application, you must first submit an electronic copy (.pdf) to PlanningandZoning@wilsoncountync.gov for preliminary review and comments. Once the preliminary review is complete and any necessary revisions have been made, you may then bring the required large printed copies with your application to the Planning Office.
