Abandoned Manufactured Home Planning Grant 

To interested parties of the Abandoned Manufactured Homes Removal Program:

We are pleased to inform you that we have been awarded a limited amount of funding for the Abandoned Manufactured Homes Removal Program.

The process for the Abandoned Manufactured Homes Removal Program:

1.     Submit the application to the County

2.     Inspections Department will come out to start the process

3.     Removal quotes will be given by 3 potential bidders

4.     Removal permits will be requested

5.     Inspections Department will go back out for final time

This funding is based on a first come, first served basis but is currently only available to individuals signed up as interested parties. It will be open to all citizens, January 31, 2024. Please read over the application carefully as there will be a fee for homeowners if the amount needed for removal exceeds the allotment per home. The application will need to be signed by both the homeowners and landowners if they are not the same person(s).
