ARRIVE Wilson County Transportation is a fully coordinated public transportation system and operates as a branch of the Wilson County Government. WCTS contracts its daily operational services.

Transportation services are currently available to the rural general public from 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. ARRIVE will not operate on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

We currently provide services to the following:

• Wilson County Department of Social Services
• Diversified opportunities
• Wilson County Office of Senior Citizens Affairs
• Wilson County Services for the Blind
• Rural General Public (RGP)
• This service is offered for non-agency affiliated passengers.
• Individuals wanting to secure a ride must contact the WCTS office at 252-399-2817.
• Rides are reserved based on available funds of the WCTS program.
• Request for rides must be reserved 24 hours prior to appointment or by 4:00pm the day before.
• Fares for RGP riders are $2.00 for each one-way trip (minimum)

We provide Veterans Transportation to the VA Hospitals in Durham, Goldsboro and Greenville. 

• Mondays and Tuesdays, we transport to Durham (morning appointments only).
• Wednesdays, we transport to Goldsboro (morning appointments only).
• Thursdays we transport to Greenville morning appointments only.
