hunt labOur center operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and serves students from all Wilson County Schools, including elementary and middle, as well as Wilson Academy of Applied Technology and Wilson Early College, along with their respective staff members.

Parents can give consent for their child to access health resources at WASH, minimizing disruptions to instructional time or classroom absences. Our dedicated team consists of a full-time Registered Nurse, an Advanced Practice Provider, and an Office Coordinator.

We accept most commercial insurances and Medicaid. Students with health insurance or Medicaid coverage will be asked to provide information for billing purposes if they receive medical services at WASH. For students without insurance, fees will be assessed on a sliding scale based on household income and the number of supported members in the household. No sick student with a signed consent form will be turned away due to inability to pay or lack of insurance.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the WASH Center at 252-360-0769. We are here to support the health and well-being of our students and staff of Wilson County Schools.Wash staff
