NOTE:

When submitting plats/site plans/rezoning maps to the Planning Division for approval or as part of an application, you must first submit an electronic copy (.pdf) to PlanningandZoning@wilsoncountync.gov for preliminary review and comments. Once the preliminary review is complete and any necessary revisions have been made, you may then bring large printed copies/mylars (whichever is required) to the Planning Office.

Applications for items to be heard by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment must be complete and in good order to be placed on the agenda. Any and all revisions to applications and their required attachments must be made before the deadline for submittal or the item will not be placed on the agenda.
