Mulch

The leaves and limbs brought to the landfill are ground, screened, and placed into windrows. The processed material is a mulch, not compost.

Mulch loading times are Monday - Friday 8:00-12:00 Noon and 1:30-4:30 and Saturdays 8-12.

• Single Axle Trailer: $5
• Dual Axle Trailer: $10
• Single Axle Dump: $10
• Tandem Dump: $20
• Tractor/Trailer: $100

Load by hand: FREE (anytime during operating hours)

We also will deliver mulch. Call 252-399-2823 to schedule delivery.

Mulch delivery fees:

• In-county dump truck: $75
• In-county tractor trailer: $200
• Out-of-county dump truck: $150
• Out-of-county tractor trailer: $425
